I’m not entirely sure what’s going on here, but I think I like it.
I always find the visceral hatred some web-purist types seem to harbour for Flash puzzling, particularly when wacky folk can use it to make trippy stuff like Crankbunny. Each thing in its proper place. Kumbaya, my lord. Something like that.

  1. Wow. That was almost intoxicating.
    Remember this?

A 9-year-old boy in Memphis, Tenn., lived with his mother’s corpse for a month, fixing his own meals and attending school every day, even cutting his own hair, because he was afraid that if anyone found out he would be put in a foster home. The boy covered her body with her coat and placed sheets of notebook paper over her face.

It took me forever to remember why “he covered his dead mother with sheets of notebook paper” was familiar.

  2. I’ve always liked crankbunny; dark and trippy it is. I recently stumbled over brokensaints.com, but it’s more like a comic book than surreal.

  3. Strange website that is…. quite interesting though =)
